Do you really build the site before I pay?
We do. We build a complete version of your website and show it to you working. If you do not like it, you pay nothing and owe nothing.
What does it actually cost?
It depends on what you need. The monthly fee starts at €18.90 and covers everything that keeps the site alive. There is a one-off setup fee that varies with the size of the site — the calculator on the pricing page gives you your number in thirty seconds.
Why do I pay every month?
Because a website does not stay online by itself. The monthly fee covers the domain, hosting, professional email, security and every change you ask for.
Do I own the site?
You do. The domain is registered in your name and the content is yours. If you ever change supplier, you take it all with you.
Do you work outside Albufeira?
Yes. We are based in Albufeira and cover the whole Algarve in person. The rest of the country we handle remotely, no problem.
Is there a contract lock-in?
Not on the standard plan: cancel whenever you like, with no penalty and no months of notice. Only the no-upfront plan carries a 12-month commitment, because that is what pays for building the site.
What if I cannot pay it all at once?
There is a no-upfront plan: you pay nothing today and carry a higher monthly fee for the first year. Over the year it costs €55.60 more, and we tell you the exact figure before you sign.
If I leave, do I keep the site?
The domain, the text and the photos are yours and they go with you. We hand you a complete copy of the site at no charge. What stops is the hosting and support, which is what the monthly fee pays for — and we give you 30 days to move.
